1.MOTOR INSURANCE:
(i)Motor Vehicles Comprehensive Cover  
    Comprehensive motor Insurance (own damage of vehicles and third party bodily injury and property damage) which is imposed by Traffic Act 1983.  
(ii)Motor Vehicles Compulsory Cover  
    Covers the third party bodily injury and property damage only, which is mandatory by Traffic Act.  
2.FIRE INSURANCE:
(i)Ordinary Fire Cover  
    Against accidental unforeseen losses due to fire & lightning.
The standard fire policy can be extended to cover the following additional perils which are otherwise excluded:
- Riot strike and malicious damage
- Aircraft and/or other aerial devices and/or articles dropped there from
- Earthquake Explosion
- Own spontaneous fermentation, heating or combustion
- storm and tempest, flood, bursting or overflowing of water tanks, apparatus and/or pipes
- subsidence or land slide.
 
(ii)Consequential Loss Cover  
    - Against loss of turnover (trading income) and reduction of net profit.
The purpose of buying Consequential Loss cover, is to place the insured in the same financial position prior to the loss.
 
3.ENGINEERING INSURANCE:
(i)Contractors all Risks Cover  
    All materials, works and temporary works, e.g. erection, installation, construction at job site. During construction period, testing, commissioning and maintenance period (full maintenance).
Also covers contractors equipments and plant used to execute the job.
Covers as well third party liability for bodily injury and property damage.
 
(ii)Erection All Risks Cover  
    Loss of/or damage to the insured property from any cause whilst in the contract site from the completion of unloading thereat and continuously thereafter until the expiry of maintenance period at/or until the commencement of loading for dispatch from the site or the expiry of the period of Insurance (if earlier).  
(iii)Machinery Breakdown Cover  
    Against unforeseen damage to the machinery caused by breakdown whilst working or at rest, dismantled, moved or re-erected for the purpose of cleaning, inspection, repair or installation.  
(iv)Loss of Profit following machinery breakdown Cover  
    Against loss of profit and reduction of net profit consequent upon Machinery Breakdown.  
(v)Contracters Plant & Machinery Cover  
    Against unforeseen and sudden physical damage by any cause necessitating repair or replacement to any misused properties whether they are at work or at rest or being dismantled for the purpose of cleaning and/or overloading in the course of operation or when they shifted within the premises or during subsequent re-erection only after successful commissioning.  
(vi)Electronic Equipment Cover  
    The insured items at work or at rest or being dismantled for the cleaning, overhauling or of being shifted within the premises or in the courses of the operation or during subsequent re-erection only after successful commissioning.  
(vii)Oil & Energy Cover  
    down stream operations, refineries, pipelines and products.  
(viii)Computers All Risks Cover  
    The insured items at works or at rest or being dismantled for the purpose of cleaning, overhauling or of being shifted within the premises or in the courses of the operation or during subsequent re-erection only after successful commissioning.  
-Boilers Cover
    - Damage to Machinery.
- Damage to surrounding property (other than the machinery).
- Public Liability
All above consequent upon explosion of boilers.
4.MARINE INSURANCE:
(i)Marine Cargo Cover  
    Various imports and exports from or/to all over the world including inland transit up to the insured’s final destination required.
Cover in accordance with Institute Cargo Clauses A, B & C plus War, SRCC clauses.
 
(ii)Marine Hull Cover  
    According to time clause for Hulls, machinery, liabilities ..etc.  
(iii)Goods in Transit Cover  
    Any loss or damage due to loading, off-loading, collision, overturn, fire and derailment.  
(iv)Aviation Cover  
   
loss of/or damage to aircraft plus third party liability, legal liability to passengers and passengers baggage, cargo liability, loss of license and personal accident to crew members.
 
5.MISCELLANEOUS ACCIDENTS INSURANCE:
-Cash Cover  
    Loss of cash from any cause whatsoever while transported all over the Sudan.  
-Fidelity Guarantee Cover  
    Against the employer’s loss of any moneys and/or stocks or/in-trade caused by any act of forgery, embezzlement, larceny or fraudulent conversion committed by the employees.  
-Burglary Cover  
    -Burglary (Business Premises):
Against loss of/or damage to the insured property as a result of theft following upon actual forcible and violent entry into and upon the premises.

- Burglary (Private Residence):
Against loss or damage to the insured property as the result of burglary housebreaking, larceny or any attempt threat.

 
-Professional Indemnity Cover  
    Indemnify the assured against any claim or claims for breach of duty made by reason of any negligent act, error or omission.  
-Public Liability Cover  
    Accidental loss or damage to third parties properties which the insure shall be legally liable to pay as compensation.  
-Workmen's Compensation Cover  
    Sudanese Workers during working hours according to Sudanese Workmen’s Compensation Ordinance.
The said cover being:
- Death
- Total permanent disability.
According to the Law the insured is not obliged to provide medical Insurance.
 
-Personal Accident Cover  
    - On 24 hours basis for death by accident.
- Permanent total disablement.
- Temporary total disablement.
- Temporary partial disablement.
- Medical fees illness injury.
 
-Plate Glass Cover
 
    Against breakage of glasses. Cover could include special risks.
 
6.MEDICAL INSURANCE -Provided By INTERNATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (IHI-Danmark):
(i)Introduction  
    SUDINRECO became a sole agent for International Health Insurance danmark a/s (IHI) which is one of 3 largest companies providing Medical & Travel Insurance Plans for private & corporate clients.
IHI Health Insurance plans offer worldwide cover with complete freedom of choice concerning specialists, hospitals, physicians, etc. as well as full cover regardless of your job, leisure interests or sports activities.
(ii)Travel Insurance
  IHI Travel insurance offers the best possible protection if you have a sudden, unexpected illness or injury when traveling. In case you need to see a doctor, or if you are hospitalised, IHI will help you in any way possible.
It is your choice you can chose one of the following travel insurance plan:
1. World Wide Cover ( up to USD 300,000):
- One single trip with (IHI Single Trip).
- All year round on all your trips abroad, for up to 1 month per trip, with (IHI Annual Travel).

¦ Even accidents resulting from terrorist acts are covered.

2. Schengen Travel Cover (up to EUR 70,000):
- One month cover.
- Three months cover.
The plan has been specially designed to meet the regulations set up by the European Union. According to these regulations, persons who apply for an entry visa to the Schengen area must prove that they have valid medical travel insurance.
The insurance must cover costs for emergency treatment, hospitalisation, urgent ambulance transportation and medical evacuation to the country of permanent residence.
The insurance amount must be at least 30,000 Euro.
IHI Schengen Travel complies with all these demands, and even gives you a higher insurance amount than required, namely 75,000 Euro. You are covered all year round on trips to a Schengen country, and the insurance can be used for all types of trips: business, leisure or study.


3. Business Travel( up to USD 300,000):
IHI Business Travel provides cover for treatment of acute illness and injury, no matter where the business traveler goes. Our objective is to provide security and leave nothing to chance.
In case of hospitalisation, we will give immediate assistance, be it day or night. The insured, the company, the treating physician or the hospital will always be able to reach us a t our 24-hour Emergency Service. We will issue a guarantee of payment so that all hospital bills will be sent directly to IHI and be paid by us.
IHI Business Travel allows the company and its employees to freely choose the physician or hospital they prefer if they need medical assistance abroad. Our network and hospital specialists can give advice and provide information about hospitals, clinics, and treatment methods. This way, every employee can travel safely all over the world.
IHI Business Travel has no limitations as to who is eligible for cover. The company decides who should be covered: board members, spouses, children, guests etc.
Employees up to the age of 79 are accepted.

IHI Business Travel can be used for all travel purposes: meetings, conferences, study, short-term stays abroad etc. If the trip is prolonged with a private holiday, and the company approves, this may also be included on the policy.


IHI Travel provides cover for medical evacuation and also repatriation if a close relative at home suddenly becomes seriously ill. Furthermore, IHI Travel covers for two relatives from your country of permanent residence to stay with you in case you get seriously ill or injured. In case you or your family needs to be transported for medical reasons, IHI will arrange all details: organise plane tickets, hotel booking etc.
Outpatient treatment such as visits to a doctor or a dentist must be paid by you before claiming reimbursement. You will be reimbursed when we have received the original, itemised and receipted bills together with a completed Claim Form.
The insurance covers all types of jobs, including for instance manual labour. All kinds of sports activities are covered as well. If the company has employees in countries or regions characterised by warlike situations, we only impose a premium surcharge in very few cases.
Furthermore, our insurance plans do not exclude accidents resulting from terrorist acts. Coverage is effective for travel periods of up to 12 months per trip.
Please note that a minimum of 200 travel days per year is required. If your company does not have 200 travel days per year, we can recommend to take out IHI Travel instead.
IHI will issue a number of gold cards to be distributed to all traveling employees. The gold cards provide information about the company name and policy number and include full details about how to get in contact with IHI’s 24-hour Emergency Service.
We do not want to compromise with regard to quality. This is why
IHI Business Travel offers the maximum cover and safety for business travelers.
No deductibles are applicable, and no co-insurance either. We prefer to cover almost everything 100%, with only the overall insurance amount as a limit.

 
(iii)Corporate Insurance

MODULE 1 - HOSPITALISATION & INPATIENT TREATMENT
The Hospitalisation & Inpatient Treatment module is mandatory. It provides 100% cover for e.g. surgery, chemotherapy and organ transplant. The module also provides full cover for any emergency treatment and cover for expenses in connection with childbirth. Expenses are covered up to the overall annual insurance sum of the policy: USD 1,800,000 or EUR 1,500,000.

MODULE 2 - OUTPATIENT TREATMENT
Outpatient Treatment covers treatment such as general practitioners and specialist consultations 100% up to the specified maximum amounts. This module also covers prenatal and postnatal treatment. the overall annual maximum for this module is USD 35,000 or EUR 29,000.

MODULE 3 - MEDICINE & APPLIANCES
Medicine and appliances such as slings, bandages and hearing aids are covered 100% up to the specifi ed maximum amounts. The overall annual maximum for this module is USD 1,000 or EUR 800.


MODULE 4 - MEDICAL EVACUATION
Medical Evacuation covers transportation to an appropriate place of treatment if the employee has a serious illness or injury. For instance, we will cover expenses for transportation by aeroplane or helicopter. The cover also includes expenses for an accompanying person. Expenses are covered up to the overall annual insurance sum of the policy. Medical Evacuation must be pre-approved by IHI.

MODULE 5 - REHABILITATION & NURSING
Rehabilitation & Nursing provides cover for rehabilitation, home nursing or hospice, if medically prescribed by a doctor. Rehabilitation and nursing must be pre-approved by IHI. The overall annual maximum for this module is USD 5,000 or EUR 4,100.

MODULE 6 - DENTAL & OPTICAL
The Dental & Optical module provides cover for expenses in
connection with dental treatment, glasses and contact lenses
up to the maximum limits. The overall annual maximum for this
module is USD 1,200 or EUR 1,000.

APPLICATION PROCESS
IHI has a simple application process for our corporate business clients. Once we have received the information regarding your employees and the type of cover you require for them, we will issue the policies within two weeks. We accept applicants of all ages.

MEDICAL UNDERWRITING
At IHI, we know that our clients often have different needs and requirements concerning medical underwriting. Therefore, we offer different underwriting models depending on group size. Amongst others IHI can offer the following underwriting principles depending on the agreement.

INDIVIDUAL MEDICAL UNDERWRITING
Each employee and dependent must fill in a Medical Questionnaire.

MEDICAL HISTORY DISREGARDED (MHD)
No individual medical underwriting. All preexisting conditions covered.
For more than 20 employees. The underwriting principles will influence the premium.

PAYMENT
IHI offers flexible payment terms to all our clients. This includes annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly payment (the latter only by standing order). We can also produce your invoice in a number of different styles – simply choose the one that suits your company best.

RENEWAL
IHI First Choice is renewed annually. We guarantee that we will never cancel a policy after a claim – meaning your employees will never have to worry about being without cover when you insure them with us.

The compulsory Hospital Plan covers hospitalisation expenses such as hospital ser vices, pre- and post-hospital treatment, childbirth, organ transplant, rehabilitation and emergency room treatment.
The annual insurance sum is USD 1,800,000.

Module 1 – Non-Hospitalisation Benefits cover outpatient treatment such as general practitioners, specialists and other medical assistance 100% up to specific maximum amounts. The overall annual maximum for Module 1 is USD 35,000.

Module 2 – Medicine & Appliances are covered up to USD 2,500 per year. Hearing aids are covered 50% with specific maximum limits. ther appliances and medicine are covered 100% up to the annual maximum.

Module 3 – Medical Evacuation & Repatriation covers transportation to a qualified place of treatment if you have a serious illness or injury. For instance, we will cover expenses for transportation by aeroplane or helicopter. Expenses for an accompanying person are also covered.

Modules 4A & 4B – Dental & Optical cover gives you the right to reimbursement of dental treatment, glasses and contact lenses. Routine dental treatment is covered 80% with maximum amounts. Special dental treatment is covered 50% up to an annual maximum. Glasses and contact lenses are covered 80% with specific maximum
limits. The overall annual maximum for Module 4A is USD 5,000 and for Module 4B USD 7,500.

SUPPLEMENTARY INSURANCES

IHI Critical Illness provides you with a cash sum if you are diagnosed with, or undergo surgery for a major critical illness, such as heart attack or cancer.

IHI Personal Accident provides a cash sum in the event of an accident resulting in e.g. the loss of an arm or leg, loss of sight, loss of the use of a hand or foot, death, etc.


 
2- Golbal1

Health insurance requirements differ from country to country, and everyone has individual needs depending on their age and occupation. IHI Global 1 offers you freedom, based on the most comprehensive
medical benefits, providing cover during stays abroad as well as in the country where you reside.

IHI Global 1 is s special solution for clients working abroad for a 1-5 year period of time.

With IHI Global 1 you also have a choice when it comes to the actual cover. Depending on your needs, your cover can be further increased with Medical Evacuation & Repatriation Cover and/or the Dental Cover.

IHI Global 1 provides 100% coverage for hospitalisation and outpatient treatment, such as General Practitioners, specialists, therapists and medicine expenses are covered 100% up to an annual maximum.
The overall annual maximum cover is EUR 1,500,000 / USD 1,800,000.

The optional Medical Evacuation & Repatriation covers transportation to a qualified place of treatment or back to your home country if you have a serious illness or injury. For instance, we will cover expenses
for transportation by aeroplane or helicopter. This option also covers expenses for an accompanying person.

The Dental Cover gives you free choice of dentist. Expenses for dental care are reimbursed 100%. The annual insurance sum is EUR 1,000 / USD 1,200.

IHI CRITICAL ILLNESS AND IHI PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVERS
IHI Critical Illness provides you with a cash sum if you are diagnosed with or undergo surgery for a major critical illness, such as heart attack or cancer.
IHI Personal Accident provides a cash sum in the event of an accident resulting in e.g. the loss of an arm or leg, loss of sight, loss of the use of a hand or foot, death, etc.

Full details of the conditions covered are described in separate brochures. The cash sum can be used for any purpose; e.g. supplement any loss in your income while you recover, or finance any changes you may need to make to your home or car following the accident / illness.


CHOICE OF DEDUCTIBLE

A deductible is the amount payable by you before the insurance comes into effect. We offer a range of deductible options to help you reduce the premium. There is only one annual deductible per person per policy year. The premium level is determined by the deductible chosen

- the higher the deductible,
the lower the premium. Please see the premium table for further details.
If you choose to take out the Optional Dental Cover, there is a separate deductible of EUR 300 / USD 360 for dental treatment.

In case of an accident involving three or more insured family members, only the highest deductible will apply. This benefit has been implemented to ease the financial burden on clients who may already be in a difficult situation.
